DDR 7th Mix Tech Tourny.

Place - Gateway (Collinsville IL)
Date - During Dec Break
Entry Fee - (Pending after talkin to the people at Gateway) 10 dollars
Prizes - Ill apply for redoctane. If we dont get free play (I dont think we will) entry fees will pay first for tokens, then for prizes. Prize distrabution will 60/30/10 (as %s of entry fees left)

Rules - Tech

Here is how is goes. Player A will chose a song yo. Player B will chose mods yo. Everything that is a mod, from solo to little to standard to boost to heavy and so on is allowed.

The tournament will be seeded using a qualifier. The qualifier will be an edit of around 9.5 feet to Justify My Love. The edit has been written by Damien (from KC) and may be played before the day of the tournament by anyone wishing to Pre-Quailify (the edit will have to be in my hand though so wait till the second weekend of Dec. The qualifier will be played twice by everyone, best score will be used. The qualifier will place players into a standard NCAA bracket.

PLAYERS NOT WISHING TO PLAY THE 9 FOOT EDIT BY DAMIEN MAY QUALIFY ON THE STANDARD (not heavy, but standard) CHART FOR THE SAME SONG. YOUR SCORE FOR THE SONG WILL STILL BE USED TO SEED YOU. TOP SEEDS WILL NEED TO PLAY THE EDIT.



I will not have seen the edit before I play the steps.

I will post the data for the edit so that people can play it in SM 1 week prior to the tourny.

The tournament will be SINGLE ELMINATION until there is only 8 players left. Once their is 8 players left the tournament will become double elimination. This means the tournament will have only 7 extra matches over a single elimnation tourny (means about ohhhh 20 extra minutes of loser's bracket matches).
